This section pertains to the FAQ of the native mobile applications and website. We would like to inform that our FAQ is subject to change without intimation and you shall be required to review the same regularly.
Download the Broovis app from the play store. Currently, broovis is only available for android users. Register in the app using your mobile number with the OTP verification.
The registration process involves creating the customer ID using the customer's mobile number and confirming it with an OTP from the customer.
Using Broovis is possible if you live in a Broovis-registered society. Please let us know if your apartment/society isn't listed and we'll assist you in listing it. We are happy to start Broovis's service once your apartment/society is listed with us. By downloading the Broovis app, registering and filling in your address, you're good to go! We're ready to take your order. Select the items that you wish to purchase and place your order as 'Buy Once' or 'Subscribe'. Subscribers can simply set a frequency for their purchase, such as Daily/Alternate Day/Every 3 Days/Weekly/Monthly, to get their items delivered every day. We look forward to serving you.
No. Registration on Broovis is absolutely free.
Yes, you need to be registered to shop on Broovis.
No, you cannot. One email address and one contact phone number at a time can only be associated with one Broovis account.
Go to settings and update the new address and you can continue to shop with us.
Write us Deactivate my account on contact@broovis.com and we will deactivate your account. Note when you deactivate your account all your wallet balance will be gone and you have to complete if any subscription is currently ongoing or if you have any active orders running.
Choosing products from the subscribe menu will allow you to subscribe to our services. Subscribing to a product requires you to choose your frequency (daily, alternate, once in 3 days, weekly, monthly) time slot and start date. When you go on vacation, you can simply pause your subscription service until you return. Prepaid payments are required for the payment
You can go to the ‘profile>My Orders’ section to have a look at all the products received in the past and future details of all your ‘Buy Once’ products listed.
You can quickly select an item from the list and ‘Buy Once’. For Eg: If you’re running out of Bread, then you can ‘Buy Once’ as and when required. Payments will be via Broovis wallet or cash on delivery. You can use the ‘Buy Once’ option to purchase all ranges of products. No minimum quantity purchase.
You can go to your 'Subscriptions' and select the subscription you would like to change. You can delete, change the schedule, or pause the subscription. If you want to change the product then we suggest you start a new subscription. Any modifications done before 10:00 PM will be applicable for the next day delivery or the consecutive delivery day depending on your location.
Once an Order has been placed, the Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel it. Orders may only be cancelled by the buyer before the delivery time begins. No, there is no cancellation fee and you will not be able to cancel an order after the cut-off time for all orders. You need to cancel or change your order before your chosen time slot.
Frequency is the intervals at which you want to receive the subscribed products. E.g. - We will deliver the product from Monday to Friday if you select the 'weekdays' frequency.
There is no minimum order in Broovis.
When orders are placed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, we do same-day delivery before.
Currently, we serve only the listed buildings/apartments/societies in the Broovis App in Rajkot city only. If you do not find your society listed in the listed areas, let us know by emailing us at contact@broovis.com. We will inform you when our services will start in your area.
Please inform our customer care team at the earliest (on the same day), in case you have not received your product or if it is damaged. We will be happy to replace/refund as appropriate.
We send an automated message to you on an App notification to confirm the delivery. If you have not received the product but received the message, please inform customer care by chat/mail for us to take appropriate action.
As always all our deliveries are contactless. Depending on the permission given by your society to us, we can deliver at the security gate or lobby or door delivery. Please keep a bag outside your door or at the security gate/lobby. Our delivery executive will deliver all your orders into the bag and ring the bell. Any return issues about the delivery will be handled by our customer care team.
We charge a very minimal delivery fee in the form of a service charge. When you 'Buy once' for a product, the service charge is only Rs. 20/- per delivery slot. Subscribe to product delivery charges as per your scheduled number of deliveries e.g if you buy a subscription for bread for 15 days on daily bases you will be charged 5rs per delivery. (Delivery prices will be changed timely so kindly check prices before ordering your product).
Currently, you can't recharge your broovis wallet you only receive cash back while broovis promotions or offers are active. you can access it by taping on the wallet icon on the top left side of the home screen. where you can see all the transaction and subscription amount deductions and transactions
Broovis will refund only any undelivered items the same day before 10:00 PM.
Yes, you will be charged in case you get more than what you ordered.
As per government rules, we are required to levy GST charges for our services. For your clarity, we have provided an explanation and an example. SGST 9% and CGST 9% = Total GST charge of 18%. This will be charged to each of our customers at the end of every month. This is a charge of 18% on their service charge for the month. E.g. November month total service charge = Rs. 30/- Therefore, GST charge = 0.18 X 30 = Rs 5.40/-

No, we are a purely internet-based company and do not have any brick-and-mortar stores. Broovis is currently servicing in Rajkot.
